Noise impact tests continue at AAFB

ALTUS AFB - On Aug. 15 and 28, for a brief period, a C-17 and a KC-135 aircraft flew several passes over parts of Altus near Veterans Drive.

These passes were part of on-going tests Altus Air Force Base is conducting to evaluate the noise impact of operating in and around the base.

This test will may include one more brief period of evaluation in this same area.
