Holiday Open House set for this Sunday

Altus merchants invite all to their Holiday Open House sales events this weekend. Downtown Altus merchants, as well as others throughout the city, will be holding special sales as well as debuting new items for the holiday season on Sunday, Nov. 9. Most Open House events will be held from 1 to 5 p.m.

This will also be the first day that holiday shoppers can start collecting Candy Cane Cash tickets.

Each year participating merchants hand out the tickets which will be put into a drawing in December for several cash prizes, including the grand prize of $10,000.

Be sure and check out some of those Altus businesses that will be participating in the Holiday Open House events on pages 3 and 13 of today’s edition.
