Items pertaining tot he MAPS sales tax note will be on both the Altus Municipal Trust agenda and the Altus City Council agendas set for Tuesday night.

The Municipal Trust will meet first beginning at 6:30 p.m. in Council Chambers, immediately followed by the City Council meeting.

Other items on the Municipal Trust agenda include purchases for the water treatment plant and bids for landfill cell.

On the City Council agenda, items include approval of purchase orders, monthly reports and minutes from CASA, Main Street Altus and the Southern Prairie Library System, as well as approving dates for 2009 council meetings, holiday time for City employees and to review, discuss and vote to select a design concept for the new administrative/police complex.

In executive session, councilmembers will discuss a pending tort claim filed by OK-1 Manufacturing against the City in the amount of $5,000.
