Darby sets new trail date in Parker case

Judge Richard Darby has set Jan. 10, 2011, as the new trial date for Bobbi Parker, wife of a former Oklahoma prison warden, who is accused of helping Randolph Dial escape from the Oklahoma State Reformatory in Granite on Aug. 30, 1994. The long-awaited trial is to determine whether she aided Dial in his escape.

Parker was charged exactly three years after authorities found Dial and Parker living together on an east Texas chicken farm. Parker has pled not guilty to the charge.
