A regular meeting of the Altus School Board will be held Monday beginning at 5 p.m. at the administrative office, 219 N. Lee.
After calling the meeting to order and roll call, the Board will be reorganized through the election of officers.
Under Superintendent’s reports and comments, Superintendent Bob Drury will present pay requests for the high school renovations and new construction, and choice of school and Pre-K enrollment.
Items under the consent agenda include monthly reports, an out of state trip request, rental of school facilities, and the CLEP Plan - update of school/site/program improvements.
Also on the agenda is possible retirements, reassignments, proposed substitutes/time sheet employees/volunteers and extra duty assignments.
In the proposed executive session, the board will discuss proposed new hires, in after reconvening into regular session, consider those personnel.
The Board will also acknowledge receipt of the district audit report for fiscal year ending June 30, 2012.
A donation of Altus School Buildings blue prints and plans from Jim Atkinson will be formally made during the meeting.
The Board will consider accepting the best bid for an underground sprinkler system for the Altus High School football field and practice field, before adjourning, if no other matters not known at the time the agenda were posted.
