Robert Dale Harris, 66, of Altus, Oklahoma, passed away on November 7, 2023. He was born on June 2, 1957 in Amarillo, Texas to Robert “Bob” and Billie “Sue” (Stephens) Harris. Robert Lived in New Mexico from birth until the age of 7, his family lived in Amarillo, TX, while in amarillo he was save by Jesus at the age of 8, at the First Baptist Church. The family moved back to Altus, Oklahoma in 1974, where he graduated from Navajo High School in 1976.

Dana DeeAnn (Conger) Fall

Warr Acres resident, Dana DeeAnn (Conger) Fall, age 66, passed away peacefully in her sleep on Thursday, October 19, 2023. She was born December 30, 1956 in Altus, Oklahoma to Jim and Avanell (Sexton) Conger. After graduating from high school, she went on to attend Western Oklahoma State College.

While there, she met Michael Fall and it was dislike at first sight for them both. After working together on a project, Mike would avoid Dana in any way possible.

Hollis Gene Davis

Hollis Gene Davis passed away on September 16, 2023, after a long life and a short illness. He was born in Elmore City, Oklahoma on March 20, 1937, into a farming family, the last of eight other children born to Elzy Davis and Nettie Bell Davis. He attended and graduated from Warren High School in 1955. After school he served 2 years in the US Army. After his time in the Armed Service, much of his working life was spent in the oil fields with Halliburton in New Mexico and finally in Perryton Texas. While working in Perryton he met his wife, Wynenia. To this union a son was born Curtis Gene Davis along with two stepdaughters, Kathy, and Jamie. He later started farming and ranching in west central Oklahoma. Later in life he retired to Warren. He was a member of the Mason Lodge of Altus, OK.

Perry “P-Nut” Luna

Perry “P-Nut” Luna was born on July 7th, 1976 in Metairie, Louisiana to David and Debra Luna; he was raised between Louisiana and Mississippi until relocating to Blair, Oklahoma with his family in 1993. Shortly after moving to Oklahoma, he made his way to Roger Arkansas, where his beautiful daughter, Michelle Leigh Luna, was born. Over the years, P-Nut made his way back to Oklahoma, where he settled in Hobart in 2003.

Benny Rasnic

Benny Rasnic, age 87, of Norman, Oklahoma and formerly of Altus, Oklahoma, passed away on Sunday, September 10, 2023 surrounded by his loving family. He was born to Emmett Jackson and Edith (Anthony) Rasnic in Spring Creek, Oklahoma near Gracemont on October 8, 1935. He was the second of eight children, growing up as part of a peanut farming family.

Gerald Edwin Drury, 90, died August 31, 2023 in Vernon, Texas. Services will be at Sullivan’s Funeral Home Chapel, Vernon, TX, on Tuesday September 5, 2023 at 10am. Visitation will take place on Monday September 4, 2023 from 6p-8p at Sullivan Funeral Home. Gerald was born July 2, 1933 in Olustee, OK to Needham and Beulah Drury. He married Sandra Joy Ingle on August 25, 1956 in Olustee and they established their home in Altus, OK.
